國安法律論壇─回顧與展望 發展新台階（活動重溫）

憲法和基本法推廣督導委員會下之《憲法》、《基本法》、《香港國安法》工作小組工商專業界分組現邀請各商會及專業團體向會員轉發以下訊息，重溫「國安法律論壇─回顧與展望 發展新台階」的重要內容。

2. 律政司於2024年6月8日舉辦了國安法律論壇，多位政府高層官員、國際知名法律專家學者就《香港國安法》的實施和法理發展，以及與《維護國家安全條例》所組成的「雙法雙機制」制度保障等國家安全議題分享真知灼見。

National Security Legal Forum:
Looking Back and Ahead, New Dawn for Development (Programme Revisit)

The Industrial, Commercial and Professional Sectors Sub-group under the Working Group on Constitution, Basic Law and Hong Kong National Security Law, Constitution and Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee is inviting trade and industrial organisations as well as professional associations to relay the following information, and to revisit the important messages from the “National Security Legal Forum: Looking Back and Ahead, New Dawn for Development”.

2. The Department of Justice held the National Security Legal Forum on 8 Jun 2024, inviting a number of senior government officials, internationally renowned legal experts and academics to share their insights on national security issues. Such issues included the implementation and development of jurisprudence of the National Security Law as well as the “dual legislation and dual enforcement mechanism” institutional safeguard constituted along with the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance.
