憲法和基本法推廣督導委員會《憲法》、《基本法》、《香港國安法》工作小組轄下的工商專業界分組早前發布了題為「《憲法》、《基本法》及《香港國安法》- 開創新局面，實現新飛躍」的宣傳短片，說明《基本法》確保「一國兩制」在香港行穩致遠，賦予香港獨特優勢；而《憲法》是《基本法》的立法依據及效力來源；《香港國安法》則保障社會穩定，是經濟發展的基石。現附上短片鏈接，歡迎大家重溫短片，並把短片發送給會員，以及在 貴會舉辦的活動中播放短片。

The Industrial, Commercial and Professional Sectors Sub-group under the Working Group on Constitution, Basic Law and Hong Kong National Security Law, Constitution and Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee previously released a promotional video with the theme “The Constitution, the Basic Law and the Hong Kong National Security Law – Breaking new grounds, and achieving another leap forward”.  The video illustrates that the Basic Law ensures the steadfast implementation of “One Country, Two Systems” in Hong Kong, which gives Hong Kong distinctive advantages; the Constitution is the legislative backing and source of power for the Basic Law; and the Hong Kong National Security Law safeguards our social stability, which is the cornerstone of economic development.  The video links are appended below.  You are most welcome to revisit the video and send the video to your members, as well as broadcast the video in the events of your organisations/associations.
