為加深工商專業界對《香港國安法》的認識，憲法和基本法推廣督導委員會轄下的工商專業界工作小組已發送了四條有關《香港國安法》的問與答給各工商專業團體。現附上第五條問與答，題為「《香港國安法》會否影響外商來港投資信心？」，誠邀貴會把問與答發送給會員，以及在 貴會出版的刊物中轉載問與答。我們會在未來數個月繼續發送問與答給各工商專業團體。

In order to deepen the understanding of the Constitution and the Basic Law by the industrial, commercial and professional sectors, the Working Group on Industrial, Commercial and Professional Sectors under the Constitution and Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee has distributed four Q&As on Hong Kong National Security Law to industrial and trade organisations as well as professional associations.  The fifth Q&A entitled “Will the Hong Kong National Security Law erode foreign investor confidence in Hong Kong?” is attached, please.  You are cordially invited to send the Q&A to your members, as well as feature the Q&A in the publications of your organisations/associations.  We will continue to distribute Q&As to you in the next few months.
