Dear Sir/Madam,

We  are pleased to announce that the Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged —  The  Seventeenth  Round  Regular  Portion  and the Tenth Round Dedicated Portion  —  has been open for application since 20 December 2023.  We would like  to  appeal  for  your  active  participation  in  the  new  round  of application.
