第七期青年委員自薦計劃 現已接受申請
Member Self-recommendation Scheme for Youth Phase 7 Starts

「青年委員自薦計劃」（「自薦計劃」）是《行政長官2022年施政報告》和《青年發展藍圖》所提及的青年發展重點措施之一。為吸納更多青年人參與公共事務，加強他們與政府的互動互信，我們正進一步擴大「自薦計劃」，目標是在本屆政府任期內將參與計劃的諮詢委員會數目，由2022年的60多個翻兩倍至不少於180個。歡迎年齡介乎18至35歲，並有志服務社會的青年，申請第七期「自薦計劃」，自薦成為指定政府諮詢委員會的委員。

第七期「自薦計劃」現正接受申請。參與委員會的數目增加至23個，涵蓋更多不同政策範疇。參與第七期「自薦計劃」的委員會分別是：

1. 青年發展委員會轄下凝聚青年行動小組；
2. 「伙伴倡自強」社區協作計劃諮詢委員會；
3. 資優教育諮詢委員會；
4. 「老有所為活動計劃」諮詢委員會；
5. 回收基金諮詢委員會；
6. 社會工作訓練及人力策劃諮詢委員會；
7. 旅館牌照簽發諮詢小組；
8. 上訴委員團（地產代理條例）；
9. 蒲魯賢慈善信託基金委員會；
10. 方便營商諮詢委員會；
11. 中醫中藥發展委員會；
12. 創新科技與產業發展委員會；
13. 華人廟宇委員會轄下社區服務小組；
14. 保護稀有動植物諮詢委員會；
15. 海濱事務委員會；
16. 香港資訊科技學院顧問委員會；
17. 專業服務協進支援計劃評審委員會；
18. 節目與發展委員會；
19. 「發展品牌、升級轉型及拓展內銷市場的專項基金」計劃管理委員會；
20. 道路安全議會；
21. 社會企業諮詢委員會；
22. 婦女事務委員會；以及
23. 青年廣場管理諮詢委員會。

The Member Self-recommendation Scheme for Youth (“MSSY”) is one of the key initiatives of youth development as set out in the Chief Executive’s 2022 Policy Address and the Youth Development Blueprint. To engage more young people in public affairs and enhance their interaction and trust with the Government, action is in hand to expand the MSSY, with a view to tripling the number of participating advisory committees from around 60 in 2022 to no less than 180 within the current term of the Government. Young people aged between 18 and 35, and with a commitment to serving the community, are now invited to apply for MSSY Phase 7 and self-nominate to become members of specified government advisory committees.

The application for MSSY Phase 7 is now open. The number of participating committees has increased to 23, covering a wide spectrum of policy areas. The participating advisory committees for MSSY Phase 7 are as follows:

1. Action Group on Youth Engagement under the Youth Development Commission ;
2. Advisory Committee on Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme ;
3. Advisory Committee on Gifted Education ;
4. Advisory Committee of ‘The Opportunities for the Elderly Project’ ;
5. Advisory Committee on Recycling Fund ;
6. Advisory Committee on Social Work Training and Manpower Planning ;
7. Advisory Panel on Licensing of Hotels and Guesthouses ;
8. Appeal Panel (Estate Agents Ordinance) ;
9. Brewin Trust Fund Committee ;
10. Business Facilitation Advisory Committee ;
11. Chinese Medicine Development Committee ;
12. Committee on Innovation, Technology and Industry Development ;
13. Community Services Working Group under Chinese Temples Committee ;
14. Endangered Species Advisory Committee ;
15. Harbourfront Commission ;
